Located on the cul de sac this 10,000 square foot waterfront custom home was designed for a real estate developer centered around his clientele’s requirements for a property of such caliber in the current luxury real estate market at the time. The wedge shaped intracoastal lot dictated the footprint of the 2-story residence. The design of the house includes 2 master suites with state of the art wet room baths, guest bedrooms facing the waterfront, a multipurpose room which has reinforced floor design to accommodate a home gym, an elevator as well as a 32 foot open span pocketing glass doors to maximize the unobstructed waterfront view from the living area. Each of the 2 car garages is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.
This project was designed by Daria Fox while consulting for DKK Consulting Inc.  The project team includes Lead designer: Daria Fox and Project manager: Frank Spencer.
