Rec House | | New Construction | Completed 2020
This sprawling private residence located in West Palm Beach, FL was designed for a client who had a very specific style envisioned as their dream home. Emphasis was put on a modern look with a playful stepping front façade. Accentuating the verticality and horizontality of the house, different material claddings and continuous eyebrow elements were used. The main residence contains 7,000 square feet with an attached 2,500 square foot workshop and RV garage. Additionally, 1,0000 square feet of covered outdoor space in the rear of the house is designed. The client fell in love with the visual graphics of the front and rear facades which made design development and drawing production a seamless and fulfilling process for Daria. 
Daria Fox designed and produced the permit drawings for this residence while serving as a project managing consultant at DKK Consulting, Inc.
