This full renovation brings this 1960's single family residence into the 21st century. The design strategically reuses several perimeter masonry walls, portions of foundation, and slab on grade. the resultant design converts the original 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home into a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home. Despite the additional of bedrooms and bathrooms, the space planning of the residence feels very generous due to improved circulation and the rationalization of rooms. The updated design improves ceiling heights throughout over 2 feet. A billboard type façade is used to hide a low pitched sloped roof beyond, this façade gives the residence its unique character that sets it apart from its neighbors.
